And after 2 hours, the system sends a test message to this account and if the test message bounce - this account putted on pending-2 mode, otherwise the account will be activated. The system will hold an account on pending-2 mode within 10 hours, then a new test message will be sent and
only if the bounce sytem will receive this (second) test message back - the account will be putted on bounce mode,
otherwise it will be activated.
