ProX Bounce System use 3 modes to handle bounced messages. When the system receive a X [factors] number of bounced messages from a member's account, it puts a such account on the [pending mode]. And after 2 hours, the system send a test message to this account and if the test message bounce - this account putted on pending-2 mode, otherwise the account will be activated.
The system will hold an account on pending-2 mode within 10 hours, then a new test message will be sent and only if the bounce sytem will receive this (second) test message back - the account will be putted on bounce mode, otherwise it will be activated.
We are always adding new features to make this safelist better!
